On the Hierarchy tab, you maintain the three sublevels that are available under the root level that is assigned when you receive the BDI-3 platform.
On the Organization Management menu, select Locations. The Locations page opens on the Hierarchy tab.
Root Level - The level that is assigned to your organization. If you want to change the name, contact Riverside Insights help.
Sub Level 1, Sub Level 2, Sub Level 3 - The three levels available to set up your organization. Click in the field to change the name.
On/Off toggle button - Click to deactivate or re-activate a level. Levels below a level you deactivate will also be deactivated.
Save - Click to save any changes to names or activation of sub levels.
