The User Search tool helps you find student and staff members who are registered on the platform.

To search for student and staff users:

Click the Administration icon in the Navigation Menu.

Click the User Search link in the sub-menu.

The User Search page displays:

Do one of the following:

Student tab - enter a student's first name, last name, or student ID

Note: Enter the "%" symbol in the search field for Students to display a list of all students.

Staff tab - enter a staff member's first name, last name, or email address

Note: Enter the "@" symbol in the search field for Staff to display a list of all educators.

Click Submit. The page displays a list of student or staff users. Check out the examples below:
