Log In to the Mobile App

Prior to logging in to the WJ IV Mobile application, you must do the following:

Set up a username and password by logging in to Riverside Score.

Download and install the app on your mobile device.

Make sure you are connected to the Internet the first time you sign in to the WJ IV Mobile application.

To sign in to the application:

Open the WJ IV Mobile application. The Sign in page appears.

In the Username box, type your Riverside Score username.

Tap in the Password box and type your Riverside Score password.

If you want to retain your login information, tap the Remember Me? check box. The next time you launch the application, the Username box will be populated Depending on your browser, the Password box may also be populated.

If you have forgotten your username, contact your account holder or Riverside Insights Customer Service for assistance.

Note: Passwords can only be reset using Riverside Score.

Select Sign in. A message box appears stating that you are logged in and specifying whether you are in online mode or offline mode.

Select OK. The dashboard page appears.
