A role is a set of permissions that allows users to perform specific tasks within the Riverside Score application. A user with a given role can perform the tasks associated with that role at his or her level in the organization and below. The following roles are available:
Examiner — Examiners can add caseload folders, examinees, and test records. They can also enter test scores and create reports. An examiner has access to his or her caseload folders and to those caseload folders that have been shared by other examiners or administrators.
Administrator (Admin) — Administrators have all the capabilities of an examiner. In addition, they can add examiners and review the caseload folders of all examiners in the organization.
Account Holder — The account holder is the primary contact for Riverside Insights™ and can perform all tasks within the application. An account holder can add examiners and administrators to the system and review the caseload folders of all administrators and examiners within the organization. An account holder can also view all examinees and test records. Only one user may be assigned the account holder role.
Note: Purchasers of WMLS III can assign an optional secondary account holder when they initiate their account. This secondary role has account holder privileges for WMLS III only, while the primary account holder controls all products that the organization has purchased (for example, WJ IV and WIIIP along with WMLS III). Either the primary or the secondary account holder can set up and edit building-level structures.
