1. Select
the Main Menu icon ()
in the upper left corner of the page and in the Caseload
Folders section, select
Search/Edit Caseload Folders.
The Search
Caseload
Folders page appears.
2. Filter your search by doing any of the following:
– Tap in the Caseload Name box and type all or part of the caseload folder name.
– (Account holders and administrators only) Tap in the Examiner First Name box and type all or part of the examiner's first name.
– (Account holders and administrators only) Tap in the Examiner Last Name box and type all or part of the examiner's last name.
– (Account holders and administrators only) Tap in the E-mail Address box and type the email address of the examiner associated with the caseload folder.
3. Tap Search. A list of the caseload folders that meet the selected search criteria appears.
4. Locate the caseload folder by scrolling down the list.
