Add MDS to Your Account

Note: You must install MDS on your device before you can use it in conjunction with the full Web-based application (Data Manager). For instructions on downloading and installing MDS, see Downloading MDS.

To add MDS login credentials:

1.    Start the MDS application.

2.    In the User ID field, type your Data Manager user ID.

3.    In the Password field, type your Data Manager password.

Note: User ID and password are case-sensitive.

4.    In the My Activities box, click Upload/Download.

The Upload/Download page appears.

5.    Click the Download Child Records button. This establishes a connection between MDS and Data Manager.

6.    An error message appears.

IMPORTANT! This error message is expected. It does not indicate an actual error, nor does it require any further action on your part.

7.    Click OK to dismiss the message, and then exit the application. This action synchronizes your new password from Data Manager to MDS.
