Reset Your Password

If you forget your Data Manager password, you can reset it by following these steps:

1.    On the Data Manager login page, click Forgot my password.

The Forgot my Password page opens.

2.    Type one of the following:

      your Login ID (your username)

      your Email Address

Either of these is used to identify you and to confirm that you are a valid user.

3.    Click Send Password. An email will be sent to the email address that is in the system with a link to reset your password.

Note: You must have an email address already in the system in order to reset your password. If you do not, or if you receive an error message after entering your Login ID and/or Email Address on the page shown above, you must contact your school, district, or organization administrator and ask him or her to add your email address to your user profile.

4.    Click the link in the email you received. The New Password page opens in your default browser window.

5.    Using the criteria provided on the page (and below), type a new password in the New password field.

      Password cannot be the same as your username.

      Password must contain a minimum of three of the four standards listed below:

      At least one uppercase letter

      At least one lowercase letter

      At least one number 0 through 9

      At least one non-alphanumeric character:
~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/

      Password length must be 8-10 characters.

6.    Confirm your new password by typing it again in the Confirm new password field.

7.    Click Save. Your new password is saved.
