Rerostering

To reroster groups or classes in your organization:

1.    From the Child Administration menu, click Reroster Children. The Reroster Children page opens. Instructions are provided at the top of the page. Fields for entering information appear at the bottom.

2.    In the Select “From” Location box, navigate through your hierarchy until you reach the lowest level, then select the location containing the students you want to move. The Select Child box populates with the names of children rostered to that location.

3.    Select the child or children you want to move from this roster. To move all the children from this location, click the Check All check box.

4.    In the Select “To” Location box, navigate through your hierarchy until you reach the location where you want to place the child(ren). You must select a location at the lowest level of your hierarchy. The Reroster button appears on the page.

5.    Click Reroster to move the selected child records from the From location to the To location.
