Editing Examinee Information

You can edit examinee information for examinees whom you have added or for whom you are a shared user with editing permission.

To edit an examinee:

1.    Locate the examinee to be edited by doing one of the following:

steps . . .

Main Menu

a.  Search for the examinee. See Searching for Examinees for details.

b.  Scroll down the list and locate the examinee to be edited.

c.  At the end of the row, do one of the following:

      On an iOS device, swipe left at the blue bar to reveal options and tap Edit.

      On an Android device, tap and hold down on the pointer icon to reveal options and tap Edit.

The Edit Examinee page appears.

d.  Continue with step 2.

Search Examinee

a.  Scroll down the list and locate the examinee to be edited.

b.  At the end of the row, do one of the following:

      On an iOS device, swipe left at the blue bar to reveal options and tap Edit.

      On an Android device, tap and hold down on the pointer icon to reveal options and tap Edit.

The Edit Examinee page appears.

c.  Continue with step 2.

Search Caseload Folders

a.  Scroll down the list and locate the caseload folder containing the examinee to be edited.

b.  At the end of the row, do one of the following:

      On an iOS device, swipe left at the blue bar to reveal options and tap Open Folder.

      On an Android device, tap and hold down on the pointer icon to reveal options and tap Open Folder.

The My Recent Examinees page appears listing all the examinees in the selected caseload folder.

c.  Scroll down the list and locate the examinee.

d.  At the end of the row, do one of the following:

      On an iOS device, swipe left at the blue bar to reveal options and tap Edit.

      On an Android device, tap and hold down on the pointer icon to reveal options and tap Edit.

The Edit Examinee page appears.

e.  Continue with step 2.

My Recent Examinees

a.  Scroll down the list and locate the examinee to be edited.

b.  At the end of the row, do one of the following:

      On an iOS device, swipe left at the blue bar to reveal options and tap Edit.

      On an Android device, tap and hold down on the pointer icon to reveal options and tap Edit.

The Edit Examinee page appears.

c.  Continue with step 2.

Examinee Information

a.  On the top row containing the examinee's name, do one of the following:

      On an iOS device, swipe left at the blue bar to reveal options and tap Edit.

      On an Android device, tap and hold down on the pointer icon to reveal options and tap Edit.

The Edit Examinee page appears.

b.  Continue with step 2.

 

2.    Update the examinee information as needed and tap Save. A confirmation message appears and informs you that the examinee information has been successfully edited.

3.    Tap OK. The Examinee Information page appears.

4.    Tap the < Back link in the upper left corner of the page to return to the My Recent Examinees page.
