For Benchmark testing, measures are automatically assigned to students based on date (Benchmark period open or closed), teacher, and grade level. The Head Administrator can adjust Benchmark periods and determine opt-out tests (for example, Basic Reading). Any tests that have been excluded by your Head Administrator do not appear on the Benchmarks tab and will not appear on the lists that students see when preparing to test online.
If you are a teacher or other test administrator, clicking the Measures link in easyCBM opens the Benchmarks tab. The active Benchmark period contains a black arrow, as in the example below.
From here, you can access all materials necessary for administering online computer-based or paper-and-pencil Benchmark tests. You can also enter scores for students who have completed paper-and-pencil tests.
To proceed, see Administering Measures or use the Process Decision Tree.
