Adding Test Records

To add a test record:

1.    Locate the examinee for whom a test record is to be added by doing one of the following:

Then follow these
steps . . .

Main Menu

a.  Search for the examinee for whom you want to add a test record. See Searching for Examinees for details.

b.  Scroll down the list and locate the examinee to be edited.

c.  At the end of the row, do one of the following:

      On an iOS device, swipe left at the blue bar to reveal options and tap Add Test.

      On an Android device, tap and hold down on the pointer icon to reveal options and tap Add Test.

The Examinee Information page appears listing all available test records.

d.  Continue with step 2.

Search Examinee

a.  Scroll down the list and locate the examinee to be edited.

b.  At the end of the row, do one of the following:

      On an iOS device, swipe left at the blue bar to reveal options and tap Add Test.

      On an Android device, tap and hold down on the pointer icon to reveal options and tap Add Test.

The Examinee Information page appears listing all available test records.

c.  Continue with step 2.

Search Caseload Folders

a.  Scroll down the list and locate the caseload folder containing the examinee to be edited.

b.  At the end of the row, do one of the following:

      On an iOS device, swipe left at the blue bar to reveal options and tap Open Folder.

      On an Android device, tap and hold down on the pointer icon to reveal options and tap Open Folder.

The My Recent Examinees page appears listing all the examinees in the selected caseload folder.

c.  Scroll down the list and locate the examinee.

d.  At the end of the row, do one of the following:

      On an iOS device, swipe left at the blue bar to reveal options and tap Add Test.

      On an Android device, tap and hold down on the pointer icon to reveal options and tap Add Test.

The Examinee Information page appears listing all available test records.

e.  Continue with step 2.

My Recent Examinees

a.  Scroll down the list and locate the examinee to be edited.

b.  At the end of the row, do one of the following:

      On an iOS device, swipe left at the blue bar to reveal options and tap Add Test.

      On an Android device, tap and hold down on the pointer icon to reveal options and tap Add Test.

The Examinee Information page appears listing all available test records.

c.  Continue with step 2.

Examinee Information

a.  On the top row containing the examinee's name, do one of the following:

      On an iOS device, swipe left at the blue bar to reveal options and tap Add Test.

      On an Android device, tap and hold down on the pointer icon to reveal options and tap Add Test.

The list of available test records appears on the page.

b.  Continue with step 2.

 

2.    Select each test record to be added or select Check All to add all available test records and then tap Add Test Records at the bottom of the page.

       If you selected only one test record, the selected test record data entry page appears. Do one of the following:

      To enter test record data, continue with Adding Test Record Data.

      To enter test record data at another time, tap Cancel. The Examinee Information page appears.

       If you selected multiple test records, the Examinee Information page appears displaying all the selected test records.
