Sign in without a session code

If you do not have a session code or do not know your session code, you can sign in to your DataManager account and access the Proctor application from the Overview page.

To sign in without a session code:

2. Enter your user name (email address) In the EMAIL ADDRESS field and your password in the PASSWORD field.

4. If your account has the option of testing students using both paper-pencil and online testing, the Proctoring/Scanning heading shows. Select Proctoring from the drop-down menu.

Otherwise, select the only-available Proctoring menu, as shown on the Proctor Overview page below.

Note: You can also select Launch Proctoring from the Proctoring card in the right column of the Overview page or Proctoring from the site map that generates when you click the Site Map link in the bottom right corner of every page.

The Teacher role view (below) has limited access to assessment functions and no administrative functions such as adding a student to a roster. The option to allow students a Draw Screen between subtests has been previously allowed at the test event level and defaults to On; this test event has not been set up for remote testing, thus no such option appears below the Draw Screen selection. Two sessions are set up and ready for testing:

○ A CogAT Getting Started tutorial to familiarize students with controls and conventions for using the testing interface

○ The first in a series of CogAT verbal tests, both at level 11 (or grade 5)

From here, you can:

– Download detailed instructions for administering your test and level.

– Create a test session.

– Open a test session.

– Export test session lists to an Adobe® Acrobat® file.

– Delete a test session.

– View any expired sessions (under the Expired Sessions bar).
