Riverside Score divides data management responsibilities by user role.
Examiners typically work with data most closely associated with the examinee, including entering examinee demographic and test record data, running reports, and organizing examinees by caseload folder.
Administrators can work at the examinee and caseload level, but they also perform tasks that impact examiners and other administrators, such as adding a new examiner to Riverside Score and assigning specific privileges (such as sharing examinees) to that user. Administrators may also perform data export if the privilege is granted to them by the account holder.
Account holders oversee the entire system and can perform any of the previously mentioned functions for any administrator, examiner, or examinee. They also add and manage messages on the dashboard. An account holder is the only user who can deactivate an account, and then only if the request is made to Riverside Insights in writing.
Note: For institutions that have purchased WMLS III, a secondary account holder may be added to the system. This secondary account holder can add and edit building levels, a structural feature exclusive to WMLS III. The secondary account holder shares account holder permissions on the WMLS III platform only.
