About Staff Administration

 

The Staff Administration menu allows you to search for staff records, add or edit records, download a log of staff logins, and activate or deactivate Mobile Data Solution (MDS) licenses.

Do one of the following from this menu:

      Select Search Staff to open an existing staff member’s record for viewing or editing. See Searching Staff Records.

      Select Add Staff Member to add a staff member to your organization. See Adding a Staff Member to Your Organization.

      Select View Staff Profile Report to generate and download a report showing staff changes to their profile information over a specified date span. See Viewing a Staff Report.

      Select Mobile Data Solution to activate or deactivate MDS licenses for staff. See Activating/Deactivating Mobile Data Solution.
