About Students and Groups

easyCBM allows the following options for grouping and rostering individual students:

Rosters

As a building- or district-level user, you can associate additional students to yourself or to other users.

Important: Notify your Head Admin of any changes you make through the easyCBM interface so that they can change the teacher/student association file accordingly. Otherwise, your change will be overridden the next time the Head Admin loads the file for any change or reason.

Teachers cannot modify their own class rosters, but for testing purposes, they can add an individual as a temporary student if their Head Admin has enabled this feature. See Creating a Temporary Student.

Groups

Building-, district-, and teacher-level users can all use the easyCBM grouping feature to organize individual students for targeted Progress Monitoring assessments.
