easyCBM™ is an online application hosted on remote (internet-connected) servers. Districts store data on their own easyCBM database and have the opportunity to modify some district-wide settings, such as benchmark window dates or hours available for online testing.
Important: Because the easyCBM Head Administrator role can execute actions that cannot be undone (such as deleting students and changing user passwords), it is important to give careful consideration when granting this access. This online help is intended for those individuals who have been granted the Head Administrator role in the system.
This topic presents an overview of the easyCBM administration process and provides links to information for creating and managing user and student accounts as well as enabling district-wide settings. You can also use the Contents tab in the left column of this online help to find the material you need or conduct a keyword search for information by clicking the Search tab in the left column and entering a keyword search.
